Key Role

The Technical Lead for Marketing Automation will drive technical consulting services to stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams. They will design and deliver automated multi-channel data-driven campaigns, providing expert advice on campaign development based on marketing technology capabilities and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of marketing automation projects.
  • Develop technical requirements and solution design documents.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Run workshops to scope out technical requirements.
  • Communicate between marketing and technical teams for timely delivery.
  • Prioritise tasks based on business outcomes and work in an agile manner.
  • Analyse client data to design solutions and identify value-added opportunities.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, and innovations.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data-driven marketing automation using platforms like Unica, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years experience implementing marketing automation capability in large organisations.
  • Experience working in multi-platform environments requiring orchestration of data across systems.
  • Experience with database integration, SQL, reporting solutions, BI dashboards, data engineering, and batch/real-time marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, PHP is beneficial.
  • Systems analysis, consulting skills, stakeholder management, and project management expertise are essential.
