Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric travel professional to assist customers in selecting and booking travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.

This key role involves providing expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options while creating personalized travel itineraries that cater to individual customer preferences and budgets.

The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. They will also collaborate with travel suppliers to secure the best deals and offers for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and booking travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
  • Create personalized travel itineraries that cater to individual customer preferences and budgets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and offers for our customers.
  • Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.
  • Promote additional travel-related products and services to enhance the customer's experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, accommodations, and travel trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping customers fulfill their travel dreams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • GDS(Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus) experience is required.
