Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a community setting. As a valued member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of people with disability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals
  • Assessing emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
  • Developing evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
  • Recommending assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
  • Supporting participants in home, school, work, and community settings
  • Maintaining compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with relevant regulatory bodies as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
