What We Offer

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our visitors have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting customers in finding products and encouraging them to explore our facilities.
  • Upselling products and promoting our services to enhance their experience.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Applicable years of retail store experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven successful experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, management, and visitors.
  • Ability to engage people in a pleasant manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greet guests with a smile, a warm greeting, and a positive attitude.
  • Assist customers with finding products they are looking for and encourage them to return.
  • Upsell products to customers and promote our services to enhance their experience.
  • Listen to, interact with, and build rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere.
  • Communicate customer feedback to Management to improve our services.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and follow directions from managers.
  • Hand out promotional brochures and assist customer enquiries.
  • Advising customers on the price of items and notifying Store Manager when items are out of stock.
  • Operating the cash registers, taking payments, and packaging goods for customers.
  • Ensuring the store is clean and tidy, and that products are priced and displayed correctly.
  • Participating in periodical stocktake of all goods and arranging for damaged goods to be repaired or exchanged.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.
