We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented individuals to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms.

The primary responsibility is ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Additional tasks include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, restocking supplies, and performing deep cleaning duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
  • Clean kitchens and bathrooms: scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, cooktops, ovens, dishwashers, showers, toilets, and floors.
  • Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies in guest rooms as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas as assigned.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and ensure they are organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the management.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet high cleanliness standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
