Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will be part of a transdisciplinary team, working with clients of all ages to enhance their lives and promote independence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group OT training and intervention programs
  • Demonstrating ability to deliver and evaluate clients through various interactive and digital assessments
  • Assessing and training clients in the use of assistive devices and equipment to perform everyday activities
  • Providing advice on low-vision techniques and strategies to improve occupational performance and quality of life

To succeed in this role, you must hold a nationally recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will also possess:

  • Knowledge and skills in working with children, adults, and older adults
  • A team-oriented approach, passionate about supporting individuals to live life on their own terms
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client services to people with diverse needs
  • Proactivity and creativity in addressing complex situations
