About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Demand Analyst to join our Planning team at Hanes Australasia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the business delivers on forecasted sales figures with strong service levels and reduced excess stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic demand management across multiple product categories to meet business objectives in Sales, Stock on hand, and Stock turns by driving forecast accuracy improvements.
  • Lead and coach 2 Demand Analysts to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the demand planning processes to enable sustainable improvements to customer service levels.
  • Provide the business with relevant sales & market intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Present 12-month forecasts for monthly Demand Planning signoff meeting.
  • Run monthly S&OP reporting and provide monthly demand reports.
Requirements
  • You are analytically minded and enjoy deep diving into reporting, with exceptional ability to interpret figures & numbers and handle high volumes of data.
  • You have similar experience in a Planning or Demand Analyst role, preferably in retail or grocery.
  • Strong IT and system skills, with daily use of Excel and comfort with functions including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, formulas, etc.
  • Ideal experience with Blue Yonder forecasting systems and ability to adapt to change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
