Clinical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Healius in the Gold Coast region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and care, greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Make radiology exam bookings and manage patient records with accuracy and precision.
- Conduct general clerical duties, including data entry, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage Medicare, DVA, Health fund, and WorkCover billing and banking processes efficiently.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday between 7:30 am – 5 pm on a shift roster. You will be responsible for covering all our Gold Coast clinics, providing a high level of support to our patients and staff.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
