Nurse - General Medical & Surgical

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Day Oncology Department at Grampians Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with various cancers, utilising your clinical skills, commitment to quality, and driven leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided at all levels of healthcare provision, planning, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Unit Manager and the team to facilitate best practice and service delivery in the Day Oncology department.
- Contribute to quality healthcare through personal and professional development, research data, and clinical supervision.
- Take ownership of your actions and seek guidance when a situation exceeds your experience or knowledge.
- Support the Nurse Unit Manager and the team to review and evaluate best practice, evidence-based clinical care.
Requirements
- Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practising Certificate.
- Demonstrate clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience.
- Demonstrate organisational skills, particularly with respect to time management.
- Demonstrate evidence of commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
