Sr. Proj Mgr - Build Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of civil projects in accordance with our framework and industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from start to finish, including complex and concurrent projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers through effective project management.
  • Champion the use of our project management framework on assigned projects.
  • Identify and implement innovative project value management strategies.
  • Support the Coordinator Project Delivery Civil in achieving departmental commitments.

About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management, design, construction, and contractor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracting processes, Australian construction standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including project management tools and MS Office applications.
