Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our company as Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide professional and personalized service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
- Sales
- Complete in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
- Operational Tasks
- Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements
- Adults
- Earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $32.18 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.
