Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and charismatic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our esteemed restaurant.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every guest feels valued and entertained during their dining experience. Your primary duties will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including afternoons and evenings.
  • Australian work authorization is preferred.
