Our Production Engineering team supports a diverse global trading infrastructure that operates across many traditional and crypto financial markets. The team is responsible for everything from low-level infrastructure to custom applications, leveraging both internally developed and open-source software.

We are looking for someone who loves learning new technologies and tackling challenging technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain complex validator infrastructure and tooling.
  • Work with cutting-edge software that incorporates consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and cryptography.
  • Take responsibility for various on-chain infrastructure components, including validators, light clients, and RPC nodes.
  • Enhance monitoring and alerting systems for crypto infrastructure.
  • Experiment with the latest technologies and stay up-to-date with developments in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Reason about and improve the security properties of infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with external partners to drive business growth.
  • Engage in public forums to raise awareness and share knowledge.
  • Contribute to maintaining high availability in a globally distributed team environment.
Required Skills
  • A passion for blockchain technology and a desire to continuously learn.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Previous experience with managing proof-of-stake blockchain infrastructure.
  • A strong understanding of software engineering principles, Linux, Kubernetes, monitoring/alerting, networking, and cloud-based and bare-metal infrastructure experience.
  • Experience with orchestration and configuration management tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of designing, building, and maintaining complex systems.
  • Familiarity with on-chain trading, DeFi, and risk management is beneficial but not essential.
  • High proficiency in scripting and experience in at least one other programming language.
  • Reliability and predictability in work availability.
