About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at a Residential Aged Care Home in Little Mountain, near Caloundra.

As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality clinical and holistic care to our residents, working closely with medical practitioners, family, and other multidisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced clinical practice and person-centred care to residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent personalised care
  • Liaise with medical practitioners, family, and other healthcare professionals as required
Requirements
  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in aged care and knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative, and dementia care
  • Strong clinical focus in assessing, planning, and implementing client care
  • Demonstrated skills in care planning and evaluation documentation
  • Demonstrated competence in medication management and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • A commitment to caring for older people to live their best lives
  • Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
