Salary: $30.43 - $48.55 per hour + 25% casual loading (up to $38.14 - $60.69 per hour)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for registered or enrolled nurses to join our team and contribute to the delivery of integrated clinical mental health care. As a Casual Mental Health Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care that promotes recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion, and community development initiatives
  • Work closely with consumers, carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • A current practicing certificate
  • Enrolment or willingness to enrol in further postgraduate studies within Mental Health practice
