Your Role

We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our Knox centre as a Centre Director, focusing on embedding our Green Leaves Commitments and driving a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality education and care services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting every family with warmth and providing memorable tour experiences.
  • Navigate regulatory requirements, leveraging your expertise to ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Inspire your team to achieve best practice through collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and the Centre's Educational Leader.
  • Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation, working closely with NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with local families and networks, enhancing our presence within the community.
  • Partner with your Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit top talent and support the growth of our Educator superheroes.

About You

  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.
  • A current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance.
  • Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators.
  • Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook, and ISS.
