Job Description

Deliver vocational training and education programs to Corrections facilities in the Barwon Southwest or Grampians region.

  • Conduct assessments within Corrections related programs;
  • Develop innovative learning activities and assessment strategies;
  • Utilize a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies; and
  • Prepare, deliver, and administer vocational training and education programs.

This position is for a Casual - TAFE Teacher who will be responsible for developing, teaching, and assessing TAFE programs at Corrections facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education;
  • Possession of a vocational qualification relevant to the trade;
  • Experience in planning, preparing, delivering, and assessing training programs;
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Ability to effectively utilize online learning platforms and technologies.
