HSQE Consultant

At Civeo, we are seeking an experienced HSQE Consultant to join our team. This is a critical role that will see you supporting the Operations team and broader business in managing HSQE risks and opportunities, while maintaining compliance with relevant legal requirements, client expectations, accreditations, and standards.

The prime purpose of this position is to maintain HSQE systems and data recording, assist sites with compliance to Civeo's Integrated Management System, and develop a positive people-based safety culture. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining ISO certifications and conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSQE policies;
• Facilitating accident/incident investigations and maintaining records and statistics;
• Coordinating and conducting induction and HSQE training programs for staff;
• Identifying and assessing potential hazards and risks;
• Developing controls to resolve HSQE hazards/risks/issues in the workplace;
• Monitoring legal and other requirements and industry trends and ensuring compliance;
• Providing guidance and training to staff on HSQE best practices, regulations, and procedures;

This role comes with a competitive estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus great benefits including flexible work arrangements, education assistance, employee assistance programs, corporate discounts, and rewards.
