Job Title: Senior Director of Community Services

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive growth and transformation in our organisation's in-home and community services.

  • The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and operational management of in-home and community support services;
  • Drive commercial growth and innovation across multiple service lines, aligned with evolving client needs and sector reforms;
  • IDentify and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and service models;
  • Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, funding agreements, and quality standards;
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team culture that fosters growth and values alignment;
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, families, government agencies, and community partners;
  • Collaborate with leadership group and other service areas to optimise organisational positioning as a leader in delivering high-quality integrated services;
  • Oversee financial performance, risk management, and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Leaders with experience in driving sustainable growth and business transformation strategies within an aged care or comparable community services setting are encouraged to apply;
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic business development expertise, and highly developed stakeholder engagement skills are essential;
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, health, or a related field are highly desirable.
