Job Opportunity: ESG Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the integrity and security of patient and customer data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying compliance with government laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in performing internal reviews, research, and audits to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, client requirements, accreditations, certifications, audit frameworks, and organizational policies.
  • Document findings and organize data for identification of potential risk areas.
  • Stay informed of applicable rule and regulation changes in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate with departments and/or cross-functional teams to ensure all applicable documents are reviewed and revised within specified timeframes.
  • Perform document control functions, including tracking, processing, review, formatting, distribution, and archiving of documents.
  • Evaluate document organization, proofread, and provide additional quality checks before document finalization.
  • Assist in the review and management of third-party audits.
  • Verify compliance with insurer rules, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Assist in Incident Management and CAPA process.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide Risk Assessment.
  • Receive, investigate, and resolve compliance and/or privacy related complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain Compliance & Privacy logs as required.
  • Assist in training efforts and initiatives, including preparation of materials and presenting training through various methods.
