Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform service, repairs and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems. This role requires troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have demonstrated troubleshooting skills and technical expertise. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues using service manuals and computerized diagnostics, conducting assessments for customers and liaising with our Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting using service manuals and computerized diagnostics.
  • Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
  • Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in service, repair and maintenance of water systems.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
