Job Title: Skilled Wall Finisher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wall Finisher to join our team in Mackay, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, mark, and cut plasterboard, positioning and securing panels to walls, ceilings, and battens.
Decide plasterboard layout and install insulation and vapour barriers.
Cover joins and nail holes with wet plaster and sealing compounds, smoothing them using a wet brush and sandpaper.
Plumb and straighten angles, corners, ceiling, and wall surfaces.
Apply and finish acoustic, fireproofing, and insulating materials bonded with plaster, plastic cement, and similar materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of three years' experience as a qualified Plasterer or equivalent.
Certificate (III) in Plastering or relevant.
Ability to work in a team environment.
