The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years' experience in a comparable high-frequency trading role, demonstrating familiarity with diverse trading strategies and proficiency in programming and back-testing tools, particularly Python.

If you have a background in high-volume quantitative trading or market making and are looking to advance your career in a reputable firm, this opportunity is worth considering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily trading activities for the assigned portfolio
  • Ensure rigorous risk management and strict adherence to regulatory standards
  • Enhance trading strategies through detailed analysis, prototyping, and collaboration with technical teams
  • Develop and implement innovative trading strategies
  • Exhibit willingness to explore new products and facilitate their integration

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in options market making
  • Demonstrated success in achieving positive P&L and market share
  • Strong understanding of trading systems

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in options market making, showcasing effective P&L management and market presence. This role offers a competitive salary and is based in Sydney.
