Field Service Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring personal and business safety at all times
  • Conducting on-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
  • Maintenance and service repairs on products
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Visiting customer sites as required and collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
  • A valid driver's license and ability to work in a physically demanding role at heights
  • Flexibility and availability to travel as required
