We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a key role in our People, Culture and Safety team.

This leadership position involves providing guidance and support to the compliance team members, ensuring that vendors and subcontractors adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train compliance team members
  • Conduct regular inspections of workplace health and safety systems
  • Monitor corrective actions to minimize risks
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and fire safety compliance
  • Develop and execute the annual safety plan

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Comprehensive understanding of WHS Act and Standards
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably with experience using LinkSafe
  • Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Leadership and communication skills
