About the Role

Lead a team of Educators at an OSHClub service located in a primary school, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs, incorporating STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the broader community.
  • Supervise and manage a team of Educators, including roster management and performance development.
  • Ensure operational excellence, meeting all regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

  • An Australian work visa or residency status.
  • A relevant qualification in early childhood education and care, such as a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
