Program Coordinator for Young Children

About the role

This position involves assisting with the implementation of an innovative educational program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years within the National Quality Framework. On a daily basis, you will be expected to support quality program delivery and contribute to the routine at one of Council's five Early Learning Centres.

To achieve this, you will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team where effective communication is crucial. Your contributions will enable Council to advocate for and promote the development of children and provide support to their families.

About You

The successful candidate should have previous experience working with children aged 0-6 years in an Education and Care Service. Applicants must possess:

  • Able to contribute to and implement a child-focused program
  • Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
  • ACECQA-approved Certificate III level Education and Care qualification
  • Current first aid certificate (HLTFA407A)
  • Working with Children Check

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Salary packaging options are available to benefit your take-home pay.
