Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing tasks such as order preparation, packaging, dispatch and receiving, stock replenishment, and general store duties.

  • Prepare and package orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Dispatch materials out of the storeroom in a timely manner, using best practices for freight management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storeroom that meets housekeeping standards and adheres to OH&S regulations.
  • Pick parts from the warehouse and ensure they are packaged correctly.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices and related paperwork.

About You:

  • You hold a forklift licence (desired) LO/LF licence.
  • You have experience with RF scanners and operating pallet jacks.
  • You possess previous warehouse experience in stock control, dispatch, inventory, or similar roles.
  • You exhibit strong organisational skills and decision-making & execution skills.
