Job Description

Elevating Work Platform (EWP) Technicians are sought to join a leading global manufacturer on the Gold Coast in Queensland, with positions based in Sydney & Melbourne. These roles will support customers and business partners throughout Australia & New Zealand.

Responsibilities include maintaining EWP's & Material Handling products, managing inventory, routine travel, and client entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of EWP's & Material Handling products in field and workshop environments
  • Inventory management for efficient operations
  • Routine travel to service clients
  • Entertainment of clients to build relationships
Requirements
  • Australian Trade certified qualifications in mechanical or auto-electrical fields
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures for construction or agricultural equipment
  • Post-trade experience of 2 years on Australian EWP equipment is desirable
  • High attention to detail and competent computer and communication skills
  • Reliability, innovation, and ambition for career progression
  • Current permanent work rights with no restriction in Australia
  • At least 3 years' experience as a service engineer in the mechanical or equivalent industry
  • Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Australia will be advantageous
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Good understanding of customer dynamics
  • Ability to handle multiple requests without becoming overwhelmed
