At CoreStaff, we are working with a leading ASX-listed lithium company to find a skilled Procurement and Contract Management Specialist. This role is ideal for an individual who wants to make a real impact on operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts & Procurement Analyst to join our client's team for a 6+ month contract. This specialist will play a pivotal role in managing vendor data and contracts to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and compliant vendor data in supplier systems (e.g., Felix) by focusing on precision and adherence to regulations.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle activities, including documentation and processing of commercial documents, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze data using Power BI to generate reports and ensure compliance with industry standards, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and vendors to streamline onboarding and contract management processes.
  • Develop and update vendor and contract management procedures for continuous improvement, promoting best practices.
  • Identify and address potential risks related to vendor data and contracts, mitigating any negative impacts.
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics and trends in C&P data, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in vendor data and contract management, preferably with Felix or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of commercial and contract documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office for reporting and analysis, driving insights and informed decisions.
  • Experience with CMMS (preferably Felix), streamlining maintenance and management tasks.
  • Strong commitment to safety, the environment, and teamwork, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Promote health and hygiene risk management, aligning with best practices and prioritizing employee well-being.
  • Effective communication across diverse teams to build productive relationships and drive collaboration.
  • Motivate and engage team members to achieve optimal outcomes, leveraging strengths and expertise.

Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
