About our Car Wash and Shuttle Service Position

Job Description:

The Car Wash Specialist & Shuttle Driver is a crucial member of our team responsible for ensuring our vehicles are spotless and our clients experience seamless transport to and from the airport. This role involves operating our shuttle bus, providing friendly and efficient transport services for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough exterior and interior vehicle cleaning, including washing, drying, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any damages or maintenance needs, promptly reporting issues to the team.
  • Uphold safety and cleaning protocols to meet our standards.
  • Drive the shuttle bus, ensuring safe and timely airport transfers for clients.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle bus and report any service needs.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients, positively representing our company.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a driver's license.
  • Experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: preferred
  • LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Full Australian Driver Licence (required)
  • WORK AUTHORISATION: Australia (required)
  • WORK LOCATION: On-site
