About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled retail professional to manage and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.

This part-time opportunity is based at our op shop in Melbourne, where you will have the chance to bring your creative flair to help us achieve our vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and lead a team of employees and volunteers to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Monitor and control stock and space management to optimize store performance.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the op shop.
