About the Role

The Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our dynamic multidisciplinary allied health and nursing team. As a Dietitian, you will work with adults to provide individual consultation and group education in a patient-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake assessment, planning, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement related to the provision of Dietetic services.
  • Develop treatment goals and plans with every client, inclusive of other team members involved in the care and management of the client.
  • Promote healthy dietary behaviours in the community for chronic disease prevention/management.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Dietetics.
  • Dietitian Accreditation.
  • A current Working with Children Check (Employee).
