About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Quality Assurance Expert to join our Digital Commerce team at Flight Centre Travel Group. In this role, you will lead the efforts in assessing and mitigating risks, solving quality challenges, and implementing changes to improve engineering efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of quality being a whole team responsibility.
  • Develop & maintain automation tests across Systems, Integration, API, E2E.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality is considered early and throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prioritize and manage test activities to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Deliver quality reporting and dashboards to improve visibility and transparency.
  • Identify and remediate quality and process limitations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of test quality by undertaking reviews and recommending improvements.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years' experience in planning, coordinating and reporting on test efforts for projects.
  • You possess strong technical skills in mobile app test automation tools such as BrowserStack and JS-based tools like Selenium/Cypress/Cucumber/Jest.
  • You have experience using API testing frameworks like Postman and Selenium.
  • You are proficient in React Native programming.
  • You have experience adding/maintaining automation tests and quality gates into CICD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions.
  • You have a proven track record of coaching and mentoring team members on quality engineering practices and processes.
