About the Role

As an Eyewear Experience Specialist at OPSM, you will be part of a passionate team that helps people see more and be more. You will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consultation and pre-testing to customising high-fashion frames from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., and Gucci to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • You will assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear that suits their style and budget.
  • You will ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Retail experience - optical experience desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
  • Passion to help others see the beauty in life.
