Visual Merchandising Assistant Role

This position is responsible for supporting the execution of visual merchandising directives and campaigns within a retail store environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the in-store team to maintain high-level visual standards, drive sales, and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably within fashion retail, and demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving. They should possess excellent time management skills, be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and work effectively under guidance.

A key aspect of this role is executing visual merchandising concepts that align with brand objectives, including window displays, mannequins, and promotional events. The Visual Merchandising Assistant will also be responsible for educating colleagues on visual merchandising standards and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
