We are seeking skilled Allied Health Professionals for casual appointment across South Australia Medical Imaging (SAMI) including Radiographer, Sonographer and Nuclear Medicine Technologist roles.
Company OverviewAs a member of the SAMI team, you will be responsible for providing medical imaging services using specialized equipment to perform diagnostic examinations for clients across various clinical specialties with minimal professional direction.
You will provide professional guidance to less experienced staff, undergraduate students on clinical placement, and work experience students. Additionally, you will contribute to departmental quality assurance programs and participate as a member of a team to deliver optimal medical imaging services.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary range for this role is $43,140 to $54,630 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. This includes a 25% casual loading.
Job DescriptionThis is a casual opportunity that involves working across various locations in South Australia. You will be responsible for:
- Performing diagnostic medical imaging examinations for clients;
- Providing professional guidance to less experienced staff;
- Contributing to departmental quality assurance programs;
- Participating as a member of a team to deliver optimal medical imaging services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current registration for your professional group and be licensed under the Radiation Protection and Control Act SA (1982).
