We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our team at Hairhouse, Australia's leading hair and beauty retail and services destination.
As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and professional hair services, providing full consultations, product advice, and rebooking to maintain your client's hair plan and goals.
You will also support a high-performing salon team, actively promoting National Marketing campaigns to drive salon results and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Attract and establish a regular clientele
- Deliver premium hair services and personalized hair care advice
- Support a fast-paced and dynamic salon environment
- Actively promote National Marketing campaigns to drive salon results
- Certificate III in Hairdressing qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in Hairdressing (min. 3 years)
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
- Passionate about hair and beauty, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- A competitive estimated salary range of AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 per annum, depending on experience
