We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven Property Manager to join our collaborative team based in Alice Springs.

About the Opportunity:

  • Provide the highest level of service to clients and champion the successful management and growth of their property portfolios.
  • Drive new and manage existing leased properties including inspections, dealing with repairs and maintenance, routine inspections using iPad technology, tenant liaison, landlord management and stringent arrears management systems.
  • Look for ways to increase efficiencies and exceed customer expectations, having full autonomy over the portfolio.

About You:

  • Demonstrate previous property management experience or strong sales or customer service skills ideally gained within the real estate sector.
  • Should you not have real estate industry experience, you will have performed roles that require compliance with legislation, building and maintaining client relationships, and working independently with a high attention to detail.
  • Your excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and exposure to various software, together with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, will secure this rewarding role.
  • You will possess a current driver's license.

About Salary: Our competitive remuneration package includes an estimated salary of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus purchased leave scheme benefits, an additional day of leave – Nutrien Day, gender-neutral parental leave policy, a supportive and flexible environment, opportunities to support community partnerships, and ongoing training and development.
