Job Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance as needed
- Work in a safe manner, adhering to all policies and procedures
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
