You will work closely with other members of the Church and Community Engagement team to achieve shared goals and support activities aligned with the strategic direction of Churches of Christ.
About the Role

- Demonstrated ability to function as a servant leader who values all people including the marginalised;
- Demonstrated ability to model a missional lifestyle and to communicate Christian beliefs and convictions within the Australian context.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have active involvement in your Christian faith and demonstrated competence in holistic pastoral care. You will be able to communicate effectively with others in a variety of contexts and work comfortably alongside people from different faiths, cultures and lifestyle choices. You will also have proven leadership and management skills, with the capacity to deliver outcomes, inspire and motivate teams, and work across organisational boundaries to achieve shared goals.
