**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team in Tasmania. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working as a casual shift-worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in clinical areas and act as a resource pharmacist for specific specialty areas.
  • To work within Alcohol and Drug policies to provide services to Pharmacotherapy and Inpatient Withdrawal Units.
  • To dispense and dose for Pharmacotherapy patients, and maintain drug supply systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be part of the Tasmanian State Service, the largest employer in Tasmania, with over 28,000 employees providing services to the community at all levels.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia are required.
  • Accredited pharmacotherapy qualifications are desirable.

Benefits:

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $106,966 to $118,114 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
