As a Medical Imaging Technologist, you will be working across multiple modalities, including General X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound, utilizing modern facilities and cutting-edge equipment.

About the Role
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging according to protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques.
  • Ensure accurate data entry using RIS/PACS systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of medical emergencies, infection control, and patient care practices.
  • Deliver compassionate care to patients, relatives, visitors, and the general public.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with new imaging techniques.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and continuous learning, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging (BSc or equivalent).
  • Current registration with AHPRA and professional membership with AIR.
  • Valid Radiation Use Licence (WA Health Department).
  • CT Experience (recommended but not essential).
  • Experience with RIS/PACS systems (recommended but not essential).
