About Advance Delivery Consulting

We are seeking a talented Expert Software Professional to join our team in Sydney. As an Expert Software Professional, you will be responsible for developing custom programs for our major clients using .Net Technology.

Job Description:

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • You will maintain deep and expert knowledge of your respective technologies to enable you to propose the most appropriate solutions to the client.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field gained through 5 or more years of experience in a similar development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, applying SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent knowledge of system development lifecycle methodologies and working knowledge in Agile delivery, practices, and SCRUM methodology.
  • Strong understanding of SOA, web services/REST, MQ services, client-server technology.
  • Proven track record in integration and development of distributed software applications including cloud-based applications.
  • Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and performance tuning.
  • Excellent understanding of relational databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in front-end and back-end development of .NET and/or Java applications.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of .Net Framework and practical experience building web/windows applications C#, WCF, WPF, WF, EF, XAML.
  • Extensive experience with TFS and/or Continuous Integration (CI) tools.
  • Experience in Unit Testing, Mocking framework (Ideally xUnit, Moq) and refactoring.
  • Experience building and maintaining complex SQL Stored Procedures.
  • Experience building Web Applications using ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, AJAX, and XML.
