We are seeking a skilled Venue Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee team leadership and management, adept at cultivating strong teams.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively.
  • Develop and oversee projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of direct late-night entertainment experience.
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
