We are a nationally approved aged care provider of home care services.

As a Personal Care Assistant and Domestic Assistant, you will provide compassionate care to our clients. Your positive attitude and understanding of the needs of older adults will ensure they receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and toileting
- Provide domestic assistance including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bed making, and laundry service
- Assist with personal care plans and identify potential health concerns
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork attitude

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Personal care must have certificates)
- Studying Certificate III and IV (Domestic Assistance)
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with older adults and their families
- Computer literacy and ability to understand and implement resident care plans

Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate ($35.00 - $42.00 per hour)
- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Part-time schedule (30 hours per week)

- Experience in personal care, feeding, and food handling
- Skills in cleaning, bed making, and linen change
