Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to older adults, ensuring they receive the support and attention needed to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role:
  • Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with day-to-day tasks, including eating, social activities, and maintaining their living environment
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed and residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
