Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, Leader in Aged Care

About the Role:
We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents in a person-centered approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care according to care plans, professional standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collect, interpret, utilize, monitor, and report information regarding the health and functional status of residents.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain a plan of care in collaboration with the RN, healthcare team, and resident or medical treatment decision maker.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with medication endorsement.
- Experience in assessing Aged Care residents and formulating care plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, employees, and volunteers.
- Interpersonal skills, patience, common sense, and a strong ethos of client service.
- Strong initiative and ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated.
- Proficiency in utilizing information technology, with well-developed computer skills, including MS Office.
