Financial Restructuring Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investigations into distressed companies and individuals, engaging with key stakeholders such as banks, creditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, solvency analyses, and communications for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with senior managers and directors to execute assignments and provide valuable commercial insights.
- Contribute to team improvements, processes, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
- A degree in accounting or a related field, with either CA/CPA certification complete or well underway.
- Practical experience in insolvency and corporate/personal restructuring across various contexts.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Corporations Act and Bankruptcy Act.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as INSOL, Xero, and MYOB.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the confidence to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and resilience in fast-paced environments.
