Role of the Administrative Assistant: Supporting Student Learning and Success

The primary role of an Administrative Assistant is to provide essential support to the Student Learning and Support team.
Key Responsibilities- Christian Leadership: Demonstrate a strong Christian commitment in all activities, ensuring a cohesive College environment.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the Head of Student Learning and Support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential student records, including progress reports, assessment results, and correspondence.
- Communication and Liaison: Act as a reliable point of contact for the department, addressing inquiries from staff, parents, and external agencies effectively.
Main Objectives:
- To assist the Head of Student Learning and Support in managing day-to-day operations.
- To maintain accurate student records and confidentiality.
- To provide exceptional communication and liaison skills to the department.
Working Relationships:
- Head of Student Learning and Support: Collaborate closely to ensure effective management of day-to-day operations.
- Student Learning and Support Team: Provide administrative support to achieve smooth functioning.
- External Agencies: Develop strong relationships to address inquiries efficiently.
